Cheryl Stein received her legal degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, Huntington, New York in 1988 and graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo, Buffalo, New York in 1985 with a B.A. in both English and Sociology. Cheryl Stein was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1989.

Dara Biltekoff Ordon, Esq.
As an indispensable associate at Cheryl Stein Law Firm, PLLC, Dara Ordon practices across the full real estate legal spectrum. With a focus on residential real estate, Dara Ordon works with clients to successful navigate each unique transaction. A diverse background in commercial and business litigation, negligence matters as well as personal injury, premises liability and construction accidents supports years of success. Complementary legal experience includes – mediation, arbitration, administrative proceedings, local, state and federal court practice.
In 2001, Dara Ordon earned her Bachelors Degree from the University of Maryland at College Park, Phillip L. Merrill College of Journalism, where she was the proud recipient of the President’s Scholarship. In 2004, Dara Ordon achieved her Juris Doctor from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. She is admitted to practice in New York State, the United States District Court for the Western District of New York, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York.
Born, raised and currently residing in Amherst with her husband and their children. Dara Ordon actively engaged in the Western New York Mothers of Multiples as well as other charitable organizations.
William M. Murray, Esq.
William Murray is an experienced attorney specializing in real estate law, land use and zoning law, community planning and development, and non-profit management. Over the past 40 years, Mr. Murray has expertly handled numerous commercial and residential real estate transactions and consulted with commercial real estate developers, urban planning professionals, and non-profit organizations concerning a multitude of legal and management issues.
Mr. Murray is an Adjunct Instructor at the University at Buffalo School of Law and School of Architecture and Planning. His courses include Land Use Planning, Planning and Development Law, and Legal Issues in Planning & Development.
A lifelong resident of Amherst, Mr. Murray is a 1975 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy in 1978. He is admitted to practice in New York State, and the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.
